Zircosil
High-performance zirconium silicate media for cost-efficient wet milling.
Produced from zirconium silicate (ZrSiO₄) at a true density of 4.0 g/cm³, Zircosil offers a smooth, spherical morphology and consistent hardness for stable, repeatable dispersion. It delivers a substantial performance gain over glass at a fraction of the cost of pure zirconia, making it the preferred medium for low- to medium-viscosity paints, inks and mineral slurries.
