THE GRINDING TECHNOLOGY
Two proven grinding principles
Agitator discs or the patented DYNO®-ACCELERATOR transfer energy to the beads. The right choice depends on your product viscosity and target fineness, we'll help you decide.
KD agitator discs
The traditional, robust principle, interchangeable discs on the shaft drive the beads. Proven across thousands of KD and ECO installations for dispersion and fine grinding of low-to-high-viscosity products.
DYNO®-ACCELERATOR
The patented high-efficiency principle, a powerful, even hydraulic bead movement for constant energy input, ultrafine beads down to 0.05 mm, and product fineness below 100 nm in the NPM and ECM-AP.
Reliable bead separation, metal-free options
Dynamic gap separators and arched screens keep beads in the chamber while product passes through, engineered for the bead size in use. Ceramic (SiC, ZrO₂) contact parts allow completely metal-free grinding for pharma and electronics. Pair any DYNO®-MILL with the right Jyoti grinding beads for the lowest cost per tonne.
LAB TO PRODUCTION
Develop on the bench. Reproduce it at full scale.
Because the grinding geometry is consistent across the range, a recipe proven on a Research Lab or Multi Lab mill transfers predictably onto KD, UBM and ECM-AP production machines.
